Every capability below exists in the product today. This page carries no invented statistics, customers or certifications — when there is something real to show, it will be shown; until then, the software speaks for itself.
01
Tender discovery with a document ledger
Pull listings from government e-procurement portals into one feed. The importer reads the portal’s own document manifest, so "the tender lists 3 documents, the vault holds 2" is a visible gap instead of a surprise on submission day.
02
An evidence vault that stays honest
Registrations, certificates and completion certificates, versioned and hash-verified. A claim about your company counts toward eligibility only once it is verified against a document in the vault.
03
Eligibility computed, never assumed
Record a tender’s actual PQC — turnover threshold, net worth, working capital, similar-work experience — and check it against your verified facts. A verdict can only ever be downgraded: QUALIFIED is earned, not defaulted.
04
Statutory rules, cited to the instrument
Encoded rules from GFR 2017, the Public Procurement (Preference to Make in India) Order, the MSE Order 2012, GeM conditions and the CVC integrity pact — each verdict names the rule it applied. Where a fact is missing, the answer is UNKNOWN, and it says which fact.
05
A bid package with a gate on it
Compliance matrix, evidence index, declarations and a covering letter, assembled from your records — and marked SUBMISSION READY only when every recorded check passes. An incomplete package says so on page one.
06
The other half: delivered margin
After award, the same record carries the project — EPC-shaped budgets, retention, security deposits, TDS and LD withholdings, purchases and expenses, computed in integer paise so derived figures never drift.
